How do I switch from monthly to yearly billing?
Switch from the "Billing" section in your account settings. Remaining time on your monthly plan is prorated, and the new term starts at the discounted rate.
What happens if my user count changes?
Add users any time during a billing period; the next invoice updates automatically. Removing users takes effect from the next billing period.
How do VAT and invoicing work?
Companies outside the EU receive VAT-free invoices. EU companies can use VAT ID for reverse charge. All invoices are archived in your account billing section.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep using the subscription until the end of the term, then automatically drop to the Free plan. You can export your data within a reasonable window or close the account.
